Here we are at week 2 of Zomtober.
This week, I have Watts.Interesting that his card states he starts with a Fire Axe, yet they've modelled him with a spiked bat.
Mainly painted with Contrast/Speed Paints. Woops! Looks like he has the Occulus critter from Alien Earth in his normal form....will need to touch that up.

I have some 1st Ed Zombies on the table, but may do some terrain for next week. Guess you will need to come back to see eh!
As we close in on the big Last Prospector Finale, I have been busy trying to source figures to represent the Guardians of Light. I posted on the Stargrave Facebook group for ideas & had several folks step up with what they did.
With those ideas in mind I started looking at what figures I could source locally. The main requirements being, they had to be clear/transluscent & generally man-shaped. My final solution was...

Fitting the requirements of bieng both clear & man-shaped made it easy. I did apply a quick coat of contrast yellow paint. Then did a bit of opaque light yellow on the fingers (they are supposed to be electrically charged or some-such). Then another bit of yellow Imperial Fist contrast over the fingers.

And just like that, we are into another October, which means Zomtober for me! Yes I know many partake of Orctober, which is all well & good.
I am happy to continue with Zomtober, as it provides me an opportunity to get more Zombicide figures out & painted.
For the first week, here we have Chaz, with both normal & Zombivore versions.
I have to admit the sculpt on this isn't as good as I had thought, & what is it with me getting hairs in my photos?(The offending hair has now been removed) Seems its becoming a common occurance. Will need to do a good cleaning of the paint table!
I have another character coming up next week!
