Muskets & Tomahawks at EWG

On Tuesday night, Richard brought out a game of Muskets & Tomahawks. Pitting a force of British & French in a meeting engagement.

 

The French Native Allies & British Militia start firing on one another.

Chen & Bruce played the British, while Rudy & I played the French.

 

The French Natives engage in hand to hand with The Militia. It didn't end well for the Militia.

Initially both forces got their units on the board & the game started off with mostly flank engagements.

 

The French Naval Troops engage some British Highlanders.

Rudy had some extremely good rolls which obliterated the British Grenadiers. Taking volley shots with formed units is a good way to disrupt morale & ignores terrain. So if your good at rolling 1's & 0's on a d10 it will serve you well.

The British withdrew having met their 50% loss. I don't believe the French lost any units by games end.
