Thus ends another Rocky Mountain Retreat

I spent the last 4 days on a gaming sojourn known as The Rocky Mountain Retreat or RMR for short.

A bunch of dedicated gamers gather to play games, talk smack, eat good food & of course....drink. And apparently this was the 20th Anniversary weekend!

I started off well, taking photos of some of the games I played Thursday upon arrival.

And our annual playing of Eldritch Horror! Which takes us late into the evening & eventually heading to bed.

On Friday morning, Brent brought out his copy of Zombicide White Death. This is one of the many Kickstarters I have, but haven't cracked to look through. (Still working on painting the 1st Zombicide figures) Models were quite nice & with all Zombicide games, has lots of miniatures!

On Friday afternoon I ran my Pirates Miniatures Game. Those who see this images will recognize the scenario I am running. Little do these pirates know they are all doomed!

Captain, we have fires both Fore & Aft!

As soon as the first rowboat touches the wreck island, Skeletons & Zombies rise from the sand!

On Saturday Brent ran the next scenario for our Rangers of Rocky Mtn Retreat Campaign (Rangers of Shadow Deep).

We managed to survive the ambush.

Saturday night I ran "The Thing!" Unfortunately I forgot to get photos of the ragtag band of players & the game. However let it be known that we WON! We got everyone onto the Emergency Chopper & left the sole infected member behind.
