Up next on my list was completing the wire barricades from Support List 1. Again these will be multi-faction.
I discovered the bases for these on Thingeverse. The creator provided both the built & breached versions of the bases. Being plastic, I did not have to worry about any warping as the plaster & ground cover dried.
It was then just a matter of doing the ground cover & buying a pack of the Army Painter razor wire.
1 package of the wire was enough to complete both sets that I printed.
Onto the minefield (which there was also a file for provided in the above file set)
Simple and effective. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dai, best of all, no warping. Though running the wire was a bit fiddly, heh it was uncoiling all over the place
DeleteI have some of their "cable", it's a pig to work with for sure.
DeleteVery effctive pieces of terrain and even if a bit fiffly as you say, the end result was well worth the effort - and another one off the list !
ReplyDeleteThanks Joe! It never ceases to amaze me what I can find on Thingeverse
